Founded in 2023, Good Steward Solutions is dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing options for displaced adults. We understand that life can take unexpected turns, leaving many individuals facing uncertain circumstances. At Good Steward Solutions, we are committed to helping those in need by offering reliable and supportive housing solutions. We strive to create an environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging, where residents can rebuild their lives and regain their independence. Our facility not only provides a secure shared living space to call home but also offers various resources and services to assist individuals in their journey towards stability. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, and we are proud to be a part of that transformative process.
Who we serve?
Good Steward Solutions is a company dedicated to serving a diverse range of individuals, including medication-compliant adults, employed adults struggling with high rental rates, homeless or displaced adults in need of housing, adult college students without campus housing, and young adults transitioning out of foster care. Through our programs we provide support, stability, and assistance to empower these individuals towards a brighter future.
Need a place to stay? Shared room rates from $575 - $750
Our monthly rate includes:

- Water
- Wifi
Our program accepts single adults with:
- SSI
- SSDI
- Family support
- Program Assistance
Although a credit check is NOT performed, the facility implements a rigorous screening process for prospective residents. Through the use of a Resident Assessment, a thorough evaluation is conducted to ensure compatibility with the community.
